Social Media Competition hosted on any of the official Titan Electrical social media platforms:

1. All applicable competition entry details will be published on the applicable official Titan Electrical social media platform. The requirements for entry and/or instructions will be detailed in the post shared on the associated platform. Entrants must adhere to the requirements published.
2. Entrants will not be required to make any monetary contributions when entering for all Titan Electrical associated social media competitions. Furthermore, entrants must note that service- requests or bookings will not enhance the entrants chances of being selected as a winner in the respective social media competition(s). 
3. Winners will be announced on the official Titan Electrical social media platform/s as applicable to the competition(s). Winners will receive a request for contact details via a private message on the applicable platform. Sunburst will then officiate the above in writing, to be sent to the winner via email.
4.  You will be required to provide your full name, email address and other related information when entering this Competition. Titan Electrical and  will collect and use your personal data listed herein in order to enable your participation in this Competition and for related online activities.Your personal data will be kept to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. We will not use your personal data for a different purpose without first obtaining your permission. We do not allow third parties to use your personal information.  
5. Prizes are not transferable, and no cash alternative will be negotiated.
6. Participation in the social media competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
7. The selection of the winners shall be  at the sole discretion of the judges, whose decision and prize allocation is considered final. No negotiation will be entered into in regard to determination of winner/s.Except in so far as is provided for in the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. No social media competitions are open to the directors, partners, employees or affiliated agents of Titan Electrical . Any such entries received will be excluded from the winner selection.
9. A copy of the competition rules, as well as a copy of these Terms and Conditions, may be requested via email at customer@titanelectrical.co.za
10. Titan Electrical shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice for any reason beyond its control requiring this. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Titan Electrical , it’s agents and staff. 
11. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the competition rules and entrants agree to abide by the rules as set out above.
